The idea of lofts has been around forever it seems but that is with good reason. There are few types of housing as innately cool and chic and desirable as the loft apartment. With their unusually flexible layout and architectural perks, the loft is both classic and laid-back; sophisticated and relaxed. If you currently live in a loft, you know what we’re talking about. If you are dreaming about living in a loft, you may want to scroll on… we came across a contest that gave graphic visualizers carte blanche to create a loft space that would exceed expectations of anyone who is…well, lofty.

I could stare at that window all day. What a view in this loft apartment and it has a library!
I can’t decide which I like better… that light or the windows… Did you notice the exposed floor is glass?
The size of this loft is clear considering that is an airplane propeller over the fireplace.

A touch of green adds life to a loft space with all of the textures and how fantastic is that window?
That stair way is amazing….and a double wall of windows works to balance a space that would otherwise be too dark.
Pretty sure this loft space would be full of kids – and fun adults! This is definitely my favorite… Can you imagine the parties to be had?
We have come across some unbelievable designs in our 35+ years as interior designers but we are always excited to find some spaces that push the limits.
